Emergencies can happen on occasion (hopefully very rarely!).

Emergency Repairs include such situations as:

• Burst water service
• A gas leak
• Blocked or broken toilet
• Fault or damage likely to cause injury
• Serious roof leak
• Electrical shock or fault
