We had been dealing with Jane for the past few months looking at houses and we were really undecided between several areas. I was very surprised at the length they went to with open house inspections: red carpet entrance, house information packages, great photos of the house, sweets for viewers, water bottles, kids entertainment packs to keep kids entertained while the parent view the house, etc....just the little things that matter. It only took 8 weeks for the property to sell at the right price.

The professionalism during the inspections and at the open house inspection were carried out professionally. I was impressed with the 'above and beyond' approach for the open house inspection; a lovely red carpet rug at the front door, bottled water, lolly pops and colouring books/pencils for the children and full colour brochures of the house in reusable bags. The photography was also very professional showing the house in its glory!
