I can't speak highly enough of my experience of Jane's service.

Initially she provided two market appraisals required for my Self Managed Superannuation over two years with at the time virtually no expectation of any remuneration....promptly and without fuss. When I was required to sell the property, a DHA house with lease and options for extensions, her appraisal was much higher than the agent proposed by DHA and when an offer was made at the first inspection Jane sensibly, accurately and with integrity suggested that a higher sale price was achievable.

Jane was awesome!! I have been going through this process by myself as my husband is working interstate. I’m not the most relaxed person when it comes to selling houses, to be honest it stresses me out. The highs and lows tend to get to me and then I loose it. This time was worse because we are moving interstate and had a deadline to sell by, to be honest I thought I would be leaving it empty and moving without selling, but Janes persistence paid off and I am truely greatful for all the time and energy she put in.
