Jane was awesome!! I have been going through this process by myself as my husband is working interstate. I’m not the most relaxed person when it comes to selling houses, to be honest it stresses me out. The highs and lows tend to get to me and then I loose it. This time was worse because we are moving interstate and had a deadline to sell by, to be honest I thought I would be leaving it empty and moving without selling, but Janes persistence paid off and I am truely greatful for all the time and energy she put in. These girls are a breath of fresh air, they are fun and witty and make you feel comfortable from the start. Jane also gave me a valuation 40K more than another local realestate not once did she doubt that she would get close to asking price and for that I am very thankful. Flowers will be on there way as a Thankyou. Now I will wait with baited breath and fingers crossed that we win the computer competition, the daughter has claimed ours for herself as pay back for leaving her behind.

Jane knew the market so well we were able to agree on some goals that we wanted to achieve and Jane did the rest. When Jane said she had a buyer, she really had a buyer. The sold sticker was up before we even managed to get photos. It was a quick stress free transaction and I appreciated the effort the girls went to in order to get things done. I work overseas and they managed to help organise a lot of jobs that iIwas physically unable to do. I would certainly recommend anyone looking to buy or sell to contact the girls at Curtis & Blair Medowie.

There was no real negotiation either on the contract or sale of our house. A buyer was found in the first week through Jane's internet advertisement.

Both Jane and the buyer of our house were very patient in waiting for us to find somewhere we wanted to buy (even though we were on three agencies lists to inform us of new properties coming on to the market), for this we were very grateful to both.

All properties shown were too small, of a lower price and needed a lot of work to be carried out (even a suggestion that we could knock a wall out!!!). Having to bring them up to a satisfactory standard would have taken a lot of time, and would have used up any profit made and in some case even more money.

The failing in communication was getting through to all agents that we wanted to downsize (not too much) but not downgrade and we were willing to pay extra for what we wanted.

After a lot of canvassing, searching and negotiating, Jane eventually found us the perfect house for us, right size and no renovation work to be done.

I cannot thank Tiffany enough for everything she did when selling my house. It became apparent just how helpful she was when i compared her to other agents i was trying to buy a house from at the same time.
